Tricked myself in to looking porn...........

    This time i tricked my self by daying to myself that il be practise ability to hold my urges by looking at porn getting hardon, and then wuit doing it and letting the membet get flacid, and do this 5 times... i succeded in doing it 3 times in a row but 4th time my member won an i relapsed on a day 2. I am not proud on myself.
