    Tonight my wife is sleeping at a friends house rehearsing for a work interview tomorrow early in the morning & my daughter is sick. The doctor came by, I went to buy the medicine & she is much better now, but wont go to school tomorrow so I wont have to drive her to school.
    A perfect occasion to PMO, she won’t be coming downstairs & she is already asleep.
    Well, tonight I choose not to listen to my frailties & be strong along with the help of the NoFap army.
    I’m a hero! Long live the NoFap army!

    good work, it is times like these when we are most vulnerable and likely to PMO.
    however, changing your mindset about porn is part of the nofap journey.
    also, try to avoid using the internet for as long as you do not feel absolutely confident, as it's quite easy to get distracted and soon end up fapping away. think about some other, more productive activity that you could do instead.
