    … I think ?

Fell into the trap that JOI wasn't porn because everyone was clothed and it was only audio. Wikipedia confirmed that it was a sub genre of porn.

I had made it 20 days so I know I can do it again. I don't feel guilt or that "dopamine" high like I was when I used to watch porn, just the disappointment of having to "reset" my counter.

Am I right in resetting my counter? I just wasn't 100% sure! My intuition says to do reset it.

Ah ok. You were right to reset your counter. Get back on the nofap wagon, and I am confident you can get back to 20 days and beyond! Good luck. :)

You did the right thing! Also, it's best to not touch yourself during the challenge if you want to succeed so you don't need that kind of stuff. If you have too much stuff, the body will relieve itself anyway during the night.

Yeah. I know. I found myself in a situation where I shouldn't have been. Too many triggers not enough time spent on here. I was in a place where I didn't have internet access. It got tough. I know I can do it. I guess the good thing is I don't really feel like I used to when I viewed porn, the after feelings that is.

I don't know what JOI is, but don't sweat the reset too much. It's common here to reset, the thing is that you want to keep coming back and that you had a successful streak before your recent reset. You will beat your old record this time and I'm sure you have already felt the benefits from trying to quit PMO.

    Good luck.

I relapsed today as well. Made it to 10 days, being a bit stressed out this week.

Get up and fight again, don't give, you have made it 20 days, you can do much more now.

  10. Don't give up man! Fell down? Get back up! Yeah, it's really disappointing to reset that counter, and the lowered state of mind feeds the Chaser effect, and if you're not careful you'll catch yourself relapsing over and over again, don't let that happen! Just keep going, you'll learn from your failures, and tackle down what's in your way in the future! You made it to 20, you can do better! Keep going and good luck! :D
