I got a new job 2 months after I started NoFap. I was supposed to be looking for a while, but as soon as I started nofap I suddenly became motivated.

I'm so glad I got it. All the extra time and energy away from P really added up. I'm so much better socially there is no comparison. The only problem is that the stress from the job makes me want to run for the cover in my room.

How to deal with the stress?

The stress buddy, is always gonna be there. You just need to keep yourself busy after work. Join thr gym. Go for runs. Take up a sport. JUST DONT SIT IDLE. Take up a hobby or something. Keep yourself busy.

    Hey man,

first you gotta know where the stress comes from.

Is it because you feel you can't keep up? Is it because you want to do something after the work and you don't have time? Is it because you have too much responsibility for what you are used to? Is it because you like the money but have no interest whatsoever and you want to finish tasks asap?

Stress is caused because of conflict between a part of you that wants something ("A"), and a subconscious part that wants another thing or fears pursuing "A" by whatever reason.

Maybe the subconscious part is right, or maybe your conscious part is right and you have to train the subconscious part.

Bottom line, first you have to identify the source of that conflict in order to figure out how to deal with it.

Thx Daiem and thx Totallifechange. I feel like I'm a little better today. I was definitely in conflict. I'm trying to reduce my work load and hopefully increase my gym time.
