What is the length and girth of your erect penis now? Within reason, what would you like it to be?

 

I don't believe it will grow, unless you are still growing. But it will be larger than you have been used to in all dimensions because are able to reach full erection, which may not have happened in a long time.

I highly doubt there is any actual growth lol.. From what I've heard from a friend who has been doing Nofap for a while now, he says he noticed he hangs a little longer and thicker than he did before nofap, but erections are still the same size.

It definitely feels like I've got more going on down there when I'm not aroused. But, erections are still pretty much the same size. I usually measure between 4.75 and 4.9 inches in length, and did measure 5.0 at one point this year, but I think that has more to do with killing it at the gym and losing body fat
