21 days without masturbation. Day 1 without an orgasm (had sex). So, all things are going well so far for 2025.

Hey, it’s Thursday!! I declared that I wouldn’t be on here again until Thursday. Finally! Today is day 18 without masturbation. Having a rough time not doing it.
No looking at NoFap until next Thursday. Except to respond to PMs and to check in with my AP. Will update status if I’m on for that.
Day 11 without masturbation (goal is 4 x or less in 2025) Day 1 without edging. I’ll never reach the first goal if I keep slipping with edging. Just for today I will try to keep my hands off.

Day 6 without edging or MO. I did not do very well last year. 24 MO slips feels shameful even if that’s a huge improvement compared to before NoFap. And the edging … I really didn’t do well there.
