Why punish yourself for a behaviour you've ingrained in your own body?

It's the mind you have to train here- not the rest of your body.

Build willpower.
Build self-respect.
Build appreciation for your body.

And step 1 is to love yourself. Not punishment.

I dont think it would healthy to punish yourself for natural human urges. The desire for sexual pleasure and orgasm is wholly natural and human and healthy. Even fantasising is normal i think.
The problems begin with compulsive porn use and masturbation but i think the way to deal with this is willpower and healthy coping mechanisms

 

Take it easy on yourself bud, why punish yourself? (think about it)

As a kid I was brought up by an attitude of positive reinforcement.. and growing-up we were rewarded for good deeds/behaviour..

Maybe reverse your thinking bud? that's all..

 

Take a testicle in each hand and clang them together like cymbals! That’ll teach ya!

 

I think this is more effective than punishment.

 

Cut your penis off at the head. Castration.
