Technologies to stop Porn Addiction

My brother uses Covenant Eyes. I think it is a paid monthly subscription system but his rationale was if he puts money into his business, how important is it to put money into your health and well being? He said it has REALLY helped him and has been very effective. I get reports that are emailed to me from the software. Maybe check it out

If you have an iPhone you can block all the websites with adult content also you can block apps even you can deleted the App Store form your screen ... I used to do, but The solution is not outside, it is in your mind your brain...
Here is my solution and it worked .

Link so much pain to pmo with high emotion intensity . The pain has to be such that tears comes from you, think in all the pain that that habit brought to your life and things that took from you, feel that pain vividly in your body, if you have to cry do it if you want to scream do it but don’t forget to link all that pain to pmo, then take the decision to never watch it again because it hurts so much, and visualize how life would be without PMO, visualize all the amazing things that are waiting for you all the people and opportunities that you will meet.
Replace that old habit with something that you loved!

 

I am new to NoFap, today was my first day, but I am a hobbyist programmer and I threw together a small app inspired by the NoFap PMO badges! Here are some screenshots -

It's a simple counter app that stays open on your desktop and lets you know how long you have gone since your last reset. It serves as a constant reminder of how far you have come, so that when you feel unsavory urges while surfing you can think twice before throwing it all away. It has zero NoFap branding, so unless you know exactly what it is for most people will simply see a timer, meaning that you don't need to be embarrassed about having it open with other people around.
