so we can assume that heavy porn addiction and excessive arousal and masturbation comes with it, is probably the trigger of so many symptoms we are dealing with but simply noFAP is not enough reversing these damages, exactly like someone who has smoked heavily for decades and then when he gets sick and can't breath properly he just quit smoking and sits expecting he would be okay after six months!
i'm not feeling good and i think noFAP just prevents more damage to my body but i'm not sure what makes me feel healthy again?? meds?? supplements?? patience?? exercise is not an option for me because i don't have the energy i barely get up from bed with no energy and no motivation and constantly feel that i'm gonna die soon.

  2. Still no libido as well, 14 months and a bit in. Although I feel a bit better than I did when I started this.

  3. Try a good curcumin supplement, it might help take the edge off the stress and get a good daily multivitamin

If u have any other addiction like smoking or bad habits like not working out regularly could delay your recovery process. You’re on the right path and remember years of fapping won’t fade away in days.

  5. Maybe antidepressant would be too big shock for your nervous System meanwhile you got withdrawals.

Natural options if you do not take any medicine same time: black cumin seed tea, or oil, golden paste made from turmeric, lemon balm tea etc. Do not expect miracle from them, not because they natural, but if your brain wants you feel bad, then you Will feel bad.

Last night when i was dreaming my brain told me to relapse and watch porn nothing bad would happens!! And i accepted that offer because in my dream i was kind of horny and i wanted porn soo bad!! That was funny :D:eek: something similar happened few nights ago
Has anybody experienced something like this ?!
Funny thing is i don't have any urge to watch porn when i'm awake but when i sleep things get different apparently, i think in my subconscious i seek porn which shows itself in my dreams.

well, guys i relapsed after 2 months hard mode, saw no benefits, no improvement and everyday was even worse, i relapsed because i was tired and sick, apparently benefits are reserved for others not desperate people like me.
anyway i reset my counter i don't like PMO neither and i try to live my fucking life without it again and again.

but trust me benefits are not for all, some of us apparently need medical help and simply abstinence does nothing for us.
if some day i get good results i'll come back here and tell u guys.

Don't worry, it's very good that you want to continue without pmo.
I'm in your same situation, 210 days and no visible benefits, some people here get angry when i said this, but i think many success stories are just placebo.
This said, i want to go for a year, there's people who feel better after 8 month (i'm at 7) or a year, so i want to find out the truth for myself.

I was curious to ask are you working out, going out and socializing on weekends, learning new things. I have heard that yoga and physical exercise can speed up healing process..

I am doing calisthenics at home, but i want to start going to the gym in january. I was also running when i started nofap, but it gives me back problems so i stopped for now.

I'm completely not socializing, it's probably 1,5 or 2 years that i don't go out in the weekends anymore, in this period, i don't know why, i cut out all my all friends, and i find myself alone right now, i obviously know that's bad, but it's my fault and i have to deal with it at the moment.

About learning new things, i became quite a reader 5/6 years ago, (2/3 books a month) now i read less, i think that after reading for a while it become harder to find something really interesting.

I started meditating again, in the last month, i think it's helping, but meditating when you are in a strong depression phase can be counterproductive, it's like going to the gym when you have backpain or something like that.

I understand. The Yoga is your best bet man, no treadmill and you will lose weight fast and I am as well. Treadmill is wrong hands down and so many people hurt themselves from that or too much running outdoors. I am going to take up reading myself now , haven’t for a while as that helps greatly in recovery. Let me know what you think would be interesting books to read. It is tough on a person not socializing or going out so I understand someone in your shoes a little easier said then done. You know your friends will always be there for you when you reach out so keep that mind. Hope to hear from you on the book list..

Thanks a lot. My friends are not "getting me back" i've tried already, but that's my fault, and i will deal with that and maybe find a solution, i'm not going to cry on that, it wouldn't be useful.

About books, for the most i was reading self help books and spiritual books, a lot of books on trading.
Maybe today i would not really enjoy some of the books that got me crazy some years ago, but i'll tell you the books that get me going years ago:

-Zero limits, by joe vitale (it has been fundamental for me at the time)
-Think and grow rich, by napoleon hill ( really useful at the time, i don't think i would enjoy it that much now)
-The first 2 books of Tony Robbins (don't remember the english titles, but they will give you energy)

These are the first titles i recall right now, i also think that if you meditate, the right books will come to you.
One of the other things i understand is that books can bring you to a level, but to go further you need something else, maybe meditating and a spiritual awakening.

Thank you very much! I am trying to do more yoga which is helpful as well.. The mediation is big too and I agree more of that is required...

Another book which helped me a lot is "Your erroneous zones" by Wayne Dyer.
