You're probably going through a flatline right now...? your libido should come back, just be patient and wait. I was out for a month and a half with zero sex drive, then it came back. Congrats on 200 though dude, that's amazing!

Been exercising more... health improvements... I am not sure yet. Surely my dick is well rested... Psychological advantages though... it is amaizing how much crap we have in our minds. Being away from all that got me more linked with the original natural and 'sacred' dimensions of the sexual... if that makes sense.
1) At the beginning when it was a little bit harder, whenever I got urges for fapping, instead of going into looking out for porn I went inside NoFap web page and read a succesful story and one that was going badly. With two sides of the coin I got myself motivated to go on. 2)Get into reading, series, documentaries, exercise and practically any activity where you can improve yourself as a person and keep you distracted. Same, when you have urges for fapping.. get into any of your activities. 3) If you have an SO talk about it with her/him. It is very important to have support. It also helps having in mind you are doing it for a better relation with your SO. If you dont have an SO, keep it clean thinking you are trying to be healthy adn balanced for your future SO. 4) You have to get in a deep mind-set of truly believing it is for the best and not thinking you are loosing on something... cause the truth is... you aren't. 5) Spirituality may help. If you not into that sort of thing... then just be consistent with what you want.
