In summary, my reasons for wanting to reboot are: - Clear the brain fog - Re-establish a good relationship with the opposite sex - Eliminate social anxiety - Raise confidence - Renew sensitivity - Increase motivation/willpower - Increase connection with the divine aspect of all life I had a much longer and more detailed post before this, but I have a feeling that no one wanted to read or reply to it because it was so long. It just improves with time. Having made it through 3 days without porn I’m feeling much better! I bet you are as well! When I wake up in the middle of the night and use to view porn, I now go on nofap and read threads, and reply to new members whenever possible. I think this site is one of the best things I have ever found on the internet. Keep up the good fight! I hope to end my addiction to porn so that I can live the life I’ve always known my wife and I could have!
