That's the spirit! My friend, we're all in this together. Nothing but respect for you brother. What, if anything, did you learn from this time of weakness / relapse?
Thanks Azzure. This past time I learned that when multiple triggers come at the same time, I don’t do so well. Urges and stress got the best of me. I’ve been wavering on my prayers being humble. I also need to start exercising and eating healthier. I need to make adjustments to have a better balance in life.
A significant number is 40. Jesus spent 40 days fasting in the wilderness being tempted by the devil; the great flood lasted 40 days and 40 nights; the Israelites wandered the desert for 40 years.
So far, so good. I wish you a happy, growing, significant, successful, resilient, courageous new year too lol
Happy thanksgiving! I’m thankful for all of my NoFap friends and for all of the support that I’ve received over the past couple of years.
Thanks for asking Master Chips. I’m doing ok, just trying to stay positive and make changes that will help me be successful this time.
I hope everyone is having a good day. If you’re struggling, tomorrow will be a better day if you start where you are and move forward.
Thoughts are everything! They crucial to our success and failure. My challenge is to keep my thoughts on the Savior.
@Jefe Rojo I see you've stumbled into my journal. Thank you for the many likes and much support my friend.
It’s my pleasure! Reading about your experiences and thoughts has brought back a lot of memories for me in my journey and I can relate to a lot of what you’re writing. I find that reading other people’s journals helps strengthen my own resolve to overcome our common enemy.
Definitely. Sometimes reading another person's words feel like it is a tap into my own thoughts, it's scary how much we can have in common.
It’s going well thanks! On day 20 of no MO. I’ve found renewed strength as I’ve tried to study the Book of Mormon on a daily basis.
