It isn't stress relief at all. The worse your addiction is the more disarray your life becomes, which in turn creates stress. It's a never ending cycle that needs to be broken.

 

yup yup, its like there's a fire outside and you just close the blinds, instead of escaping - it's going to catch up to you and I think many of us site reached our limit including myself.
