    Hey guys,

Just a question for everyone. Does anyone know why porn causes a loss of morning wood in those that have abused it in the past? (even before attempting a reboot/nofap)

    Thanks!

I never really looked into it, but I assume that using P to MO eventually causes you to overexert your body. That's why, I assume, many people have several other different physical problems caused by PMO.

    Thanks for the reply.

Did you lose yours, and any luck getting it back?

No, interestingly, not at all, despite reading here that many guys did. I never liked having it, but I suppose I should be thankful my body works okay.
From what I've read, it just takes time. However, every person is different, so it takes a different amount of time for everyone.

  5. "Even before attempting a reboot/nofap", what do you mean "even"? Of course that you don't have morning woods before nofap, it is by NoFap that you get those back. The morning wood is just your body keeping your penis under maintenance.

Some people say they only lost morning wood once starting their reboot. Many of us however lost it before rebooting

  7. Well, it happens during REM phase, and there are around 5 REM stages during your sleep, so if it happens in any of the 4 previous REM stages, they don't realize that they are having "morning" woods. But I am sure that eventually they have one on the REM stage previous to waking up.
In any case, I don't really remember if I had them regularly back then or not... All I know is that I have them now from time to time, not every day. I'm on day 28.

Thanks for the reply, that's interesting. Do you remember a period where you didn't have them for a long time?

  9. Not really, because I don't pay much attention to that. I can't be of any more help here. I can only advice you to think about what are the best choices to make in your life and then take them.
