So how you guys using your nofap energy?

    Nofap gives you a ton of energy which I use by
    1. Meditating everyday..
    2. Exercising hiit for 30 mins daily
    3. Reading books.
    4. Studying and doing my homework
    5. Cold shower..
    Anything else I should be doing??
