Thanks for ur reply nevernomore13 I'm doing well at the moment keeping clear of p and keeping busy its hard but I know wot I have to do to rebuild a relationship with my partner and son I understand d hurt and pain I caused and always did know I was hurting the ones I love and hurting myself but I wasn't strong enough to face everything that was going wrong in my life but I'm stronger now and look forward to the future hopefully wit the ones I love.....ps..ur English is good thanks again for the reply
