    Hey guys im at 190 days on nofap. As you see my testosteron sky rocketed and my body transformatioin is insane.
    Nofap Works !!!

    ty but i think nofap worked alot. i had very low testosteron at the beginning. This muscularity was impossible for me.

    I too have noticed that NoFap changes my body composition. It is the increase in testosterone, definitely.
