No, I didn't last one entire year straight, but I did pretty damn good. My first streak on NoFap: 278 days My second streak on NoFap: 50 days My third streak on NoFap: 7 days My fourth streak on NoFap: 1 day My fifth streak on NoFap: 1 day Current: 14 days and strong Total days not wasted by PMO: 351 If there are 365 days in a year, and I was clean 351, I relapsed 19 times in one year (Counting the times I PMO'd more than once in a day). My new goal: Stay many years clean. I PMO'd heavily for a total of 3 years (1,095 days), I want to last longer than that, not PMOing. Wish me luck! ~SQUEAKY SOUL
