Semen when peeing... is this normal?

    So I’m on NoFap and have been for about 2 weeks now since my last relapse (going strong) and I’ve had a few situations where when I pee, I’ll finish urinating and then it feels as if there’s more; I’ll push and semen dribbles out... as a result my penis hurts for a little while afterwards. I find this happens if I have morning wood and ignore it until I get up or if I have any sort of boner that I fight thru the urges with... is this breaking my streak? The slight pain worries me... is this normal?

    Are you sure it's not precum? If it is actual semen then you should definitely see a doctor.

    I mean I’m pretty sure it’s semen... the amount depends on how long I had the previous erection... this has never happened before that I remember but I guess that’s because I was always jerking off so damn much I never had the semen in me to begin with ...

    Then I would definitely see a doctor or do some research online in case it is a benign issue.

    So for anyone that edges... this doesn’t happen normally? Because if I edged I feel like I’d be dribbling out quite a lot after urination ...

    It’s probably a normal reaction of your body after being on NoFap for two weeks. Instead of a wet dream, your body is getting rid of semen when you urinate. I had the same a couple of times at about 2 weeks. After body adjusted to no ejaculation, it was fine. I would say don’t worry about it unless it continues to happen on a regular basis. Give it another couple weeks.

    I started hard mode end of January. Almost everyday in February I had semen leakage in the morning. When taking a dump. Thick white. Not precum. It has now pretty much gone away. Maybe some fluid more like precum. Some days nothing. Healing takes time.

    So I would say just hang in there for a bit and see if it clears up.
