    Well done sir! Make it a priority now and get it done. I am doing it myself as well hard mode for three months and will make it to six months as well. We have to push on and keep going and fight this tooth and nail. Good luck to you and we’ll done on the accomplishment..

    It's good to see that 73 days Tracker! But I'm still fighting on a regular basis again since I've stopped being physically active which I will only start again in April for lack of money...

    And I guess I should have a full no pmo period as well some time this year instead of just no p.

    Relapsed today at day 78 because I figured it's not working out that great just without porn but than keeping masturbation and orgasm which I would still do once a day. I'll start fresh on the 1st of April (I know, funny choice of a date) with no PMO this time and stay with it for 3 months to see if reboot happens...

    Kratosian, I would like to ask for help from you. I have been going hard mode five months but very low libido. You believe keeping your MO at a minimum helps you to have a better erection when you want to have sex..

    Thank you all for the supportive words, I've definitely not given up and look forward with excitement to the 1st of April when I will start my new life. Even just without the porn I felt so much better about myself and my confidence and focus were booming so I look forward to that, plus the extra boost from no M and O.


    I'm kind of envious of the low libido although erectile issues sound like a bit of an annoyance when the libido is there.
    I have this quote stuck in my head from my philosophy teacher who told us once in highschool part of a discussion unrelated to class that the muscles around the penis are just like any other muscles and if one doesn't use it, they lose it. So while I'll be going with no PMO from the 1st of April this quote will haunt me and make me want to start masturbating as well. But maybe the solution is to actually do some "gym" workout instead for the penis muscles. The penis itself doesn't really grow from working it out anyway from what I know but the perineal muscles do and they might have something to do with erections? Maybe working those out wit Kegel exercises would help? But like with gym workout you should make a plan and try to best yourself at doing more of the exercises as time progresses.
    Another thing to consider is cutting down on anaphrodisiacs, substances that cut down on the libido such as alcohol and nicotine and from alcohol especially beer which has hops as an ingredient, plant which in the past monks used to cut down their libido with. Look on the web for other anaphrodisiacs and if cutting down on any of them works for you let me know so I can have more of them in my diet (as long as it's not alcohol and nicotine). Maybe you are lucky and have one single thing you consume excessively and just cutting that out will do it?
    Another issue might be animal products which are full in fat that then in turn might clog up your arteries and reduce blood flow to the penis. Try cutting down on meat, eggs, dairy or cutting them out altogether for a period (but of course while eating a diverse range of fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, fungi, ionised salt or algae, healthy plant oils, sprouts and pickles).
    You can also increase your consumption of aphrodisiacs as long as they are not of animal origin or containing alcohol. I'm not saying alcohol is bad or anything of the sort but if you want to see what works and what doesn't you might want to go all out and cut everything out for a period and then have a glass here and there when you feel you've dealt with the whole erectile issue.
    There's a bunch of advice on testosterone production out there and allot of it is just kind of nasty but I'd suggest two simple things (along with a diverse plant based diet): sprints (instead of jogging) and strength gym training along with odd days of just having a good time doing a bunch of diverse physical activities to keep it fun and avoid repetition stress injuries. With increased testosterone production there might be a correlation with increased libido but please don't fall for all the "increase your testosterone" crap out there and stick to simple, free, diverse methods.
    If nothing works you might want to check with an endocrinologist for your hormonal levels and possible causes of the low libido but if nothing else works or seems pathological you maybe could come to terms you're either gray or asexual which is perfectly fine?     38 days now with no pmo and I feel great! Orgasm with my gf with whom I started having sex yesterday would be so easy but also surprisingly easy to control. Cravings to masturbate have been lowering and I really look forward to what 90 full days of no pmo will bring.
