Stártéd a Néw LIFE !

After facing a lot in my life , understanding what my problems where and finding solutions to each and everyrheve and creating a mindset to face and live my new life ...I have started a new life now...to face each and everything that's happening and to just fight through everything..My addiction has made me reach to a very low stage in my life ..be it in the case of relationships with Gf , parents , friends , society or be it in the case of self esteem , confidence, Courage .. Everything I have lost ..Now its over...Everyone might be blaming me , stabbing me from the back , teasing me but I know what life I had and why I behaved like that ..I am alpha male now and I will strive through these conditions and will win over my tragic life ..One day I will reach a point where others can't I will stand out in the crowd... All I need is some motivation , advice and some will power...Cheers to all

 

Its been a tough day today as initial days are meant to be...My body has started reacting to my abstinence from porn...it is paining at some places ...my head is acing some times ...i am feeling tired , sleepy and i am full of thoughts ..lots of things is happening in my body now ...i have to fight it out and give my body the sleep , rest , food it deserves ...
on my other social aspects ..daily i went to college after fapping one round in morning ..today due i didint thats y a inner fear started to haunt me ...i didnt focus on that much and i handled well my day though it was mean at some timess....lots to do,,,in my life to get back my life..but i am in no hurry i have to focus on small things first the basic things and then go one by one...Hope i do well !!!!
