Wow, starting this week, my skin has been really oily lately. It's like I am in High School again. No pimples yet LOL. My diet hasn't changed, it's pretty much the same. Today, I have had the same thing to eat (not much greasy stuff) that I have eaten for years.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

This is after 39 days P free and 26 day since my last MO.

I'm kind of experiencing the same thing, I just had a minor breakout this week too, it is clearing up now but my skin still feels oily. I think it has to do with testosterone and maybe some other hormone levels. I know when I was PMO'ing my acne would get worse at times I was fapping the most so idk what the correlation is.

Dude - seriously! It's been a little over two days for me but I swear to god I've been washing my face every hour for the last day? Now you're making me think maybe this is why. Haven't had a pimple since high school 5 years ago - let's hope this is not the start of that again! Will be curious to see other responses. Thanks and good luck. Collin

I do think it is from the spike in T, and maintain a higher level of T for baseline, it's the only thing I can think that explains my oily skin (but no breakouts) and my huge gains from the gym. I have never had this huge of a gain, and in a record time!

I do believe everything will adjust and level off. But I was curious if this happened to others. I was just shocked since I am 50.

    Thanks for sharing.

I'll keep you posted. When did you first notice this J? I see you're at 26 days now - but how long has it been going on? Hoping I can make it to at least 30 days hardcore - fingers crossed. Will be curious to see how oily I get as well

I really I noticed this until this week or so. Over the 26 days I have had PIV with my wife twice about a week apart, but my T levels must be high because of the huge gains at the gym. It must somehow be different with PIV versus MO?

I'll keep you posted as well.

I mentioned in a different post that this morning was the best weight workout I can remember probably ever. I'll have to look up PIV (?) but kind of know what it means....and since I broke up with my GF - well I can't tell you what the difference would be

I have "oiliness" on my checklist now to look at each morning - so thanks again

The reason your skin is feeling oily (And this has happened to me to) is because you're finally starting to notice what you actually look like after beginning nofap. There were too many distractions before, so you didn't really pay attention to your oily skin before.

I'd recommend neutrogena anti-oil cleanser in the morning, it will keep the shine away for hours (Just enough to go to school and back) :)

Hi, it’s my 12th day and the acne has started on my nose! It’s super oily and I am trying to keep them in control. Hopefully things get better soon.

From my experience, you should actually have less oily skin. Lay off the carbs, especially sweets, and caffeine; but you must also do some cardio to sweat your toxins out.

You'll have less oil on your nose, behind your ears and on your chest. Less oily hair too.

I had severe acne in my late teens: so bad I couldn't look in the mirror, let alone going out. You're experiencing adrenal fatigue like I was. The acne was torture.

And don't use facial wash: just wipe off the oil with tissue for week or so until your hormones reset from the protocol I suggested above.

Oily makes your skin younger. Ageless simply

  12. I've always had oily skin, but if you start getting oily skin now, that's actually great. Lubrication on your skin will delay the aging process.
