I go through cycles of PMO addiction and withdrawal every few weeks.
Recently I have gone without PMO for about a week and all of a sudden I felt the urge to masturbate and download porn files.
I didn't masturbate but I spent all afternoon downloading files that have stuck in my memory previously.
I have downloaded 113 videos in total. Whenever I relapse, I notice I remember the websites and videos I find most arousing and want to hoard or keep them for future.
I lost track of time. I count 6 hours wasted time.
I know if I masturbate later I am just going to feel disgusted and guilty afterwards and then delete all the files, only to download them again after a few weeks.
I am stuck in a loop that I need to break out of.

 

I think I download because I am wary of an under 18 porn ban here in the UK on 15 July where you will have to enter your personal details from a passport or driving licence to prove you're over 18. I don't want give anyone my details this way, I feel like a criminal if I did. I know there are ways of getting around it like VPN but I suppose that's the main reason I download a lot recently. Also I wanted to stop the act of clicking for hours and hours of 'boring' porn so in future I would have only the ones I like. Though I know arousal is triggered by novelty and not necessarily just nudity. I know all has to go otherwise I'm just going to repeat. It's difficult I feel like a drug addict.
