    Is it true that my facial features would come back to normal while on nofap will I look normal again??

    I'm in day 44 MO free and day 12 P clean. I haven't seen that much of a change but people around me told me that they have noticed some facial changes such as more awaken eyes. Also there are some success stories where people describe that they do restore start to grow a beard due testosterone and healthy habits. Hope you can live that for yourself, bro :)

    I bet your skin looks healthier. I don't know about facial features, unless you have dropped some pounds. noFap helps with gains at the gym and gives you energy throughout the day which helps boost metabolism.
