relapse:low semen volume, libido

Today I MO'd with no P after 49 days. Its the best streak I've had in a while, although It wasn't perfect. I did edge a few times here and there. The last time I had a streak like this, my libido was through the roof! (It was actually around this time last year too) I had sex with a girl and it sky rocketed - I O'd with her after that long streak, and the semen volume was substantial. Fast forward to a year later, Im in a similar position... However, my libido isnt nearly as strong. I had a few days here and there where my drive was present. But for the most part, the urges I dealt with werent true libido, instead they were porn/insta pics etc...

I dont know why, but today I decided to test the waters, and when I O'd, barely anything came out. I was expected quite the opposite since Ive been abstinent since early febuary. I did try to hold back at the last second though. I though maybe that was why... It kinda freaked me out so I did it again just now, and the same result happened...

Could this be flatline, low T, or is the common when you dont nut for awhile? Did my body get used to not having a release or something. On the bright side, I'm not dwelling over the relapse, I learned to handle these situations and Ive been very positive mentally. I actually had a dope day despite the relapse. However low semen volume gives every man the right to be kinda tripped out...
