Hey guys i have a question to you out there suffering from this hell of an adiction. I know that some of you have experienced PIED, and so i have. But luckily it goes away when i am able to resist the urges for 1-2 weeks. But there is another thing that bothers me a bit. Since i had my first big love i was simply not able to feel love again the way i felt it back then. Since i ve PMO a lot i couldnt feel love at all. Ive been together with a few girls after my big love but i wasnt able to feel anything. Have some of u the same issue or did u already managed to overcome it? pls let me know :) also how long did it take you to overcome it and what have u done to do so.

  2. I'm almost 38 years old and feel like an infatuated teenager. I never expected this ever happening again.

I hope this answers the question. :D

I had this problem with my last gf. I knew I should have loved her, I just didnt I was numb.

Imo the brain chemicals are out of sync due to pmo. My abstinence is an effort to find those feelings again someday. (Single now )

  5. You also have to allow it happening at the risk of facing the negative side of it later (Ezekiel 36:26). I deliberately do, because it supercharges my creativity, and as a musician I can put the latter to good use. Even in the case of heartbreak I come up with better ideas than in a numb state. That's when roughly 80 % of all songs in this world were written. :D

Quitting PMO has some magic, I should say. You feel reborn. You just find yourself loving and being loved. You develop empathy, concern and care for others. Be strong continue on your quest for freedom from PMO, I promise you your next love will never wish to leave you.
