a little perspective and a rewiring technique

    The perspective is that when you get urges and when a part of you is actually longing to PMO, think of this: in a few months, you ll be laughing at the importance you gave to PMO in your past and now you no longer need it because you have no desire to PMO. :)

    A rewiring technique that personally works for me and im positive none of you will use this but its my responsibility to share this: when you get urges, withdrawal, whatever it is, close your eyes or keep them open and stare off into the distance and watch your breath or rather feel your breath. Feel it entering your nostrils and how it feels when you exhale. Leave your breathing as it is don't change it but you ll see that this watching and feeling the breath as an observer will make your breathing more deep and will help you become grounded.
    This is one of the most simple meditation techniques ever.
    And you know how meditation is good for the brain, for rewiring, stress and other bad things.

    Its just a suggestion. See if it works for you. Don't criticize as others may grow judgemental of it and it could have probably worked for them. Share your ideas too!
