    Hi Guys,

I discovered nafap in november 2012 and it changed my life ever since.
From that day on i went on nofap. I never really had much succes with women and i always had low self esteem. After a few months i felt very different... all the superpowers everybody was talkin about... they were true!

Unfortunately, i relapsed a couple times between april 2015 and november 2018.

To make a long story short, i’ve been on nofap since december 2018 til now. I mo’d once i this whole periode.
The thing thats bothering me most i that all the superpowers i had with the first reboot seem to have vanished . With the other reboots after the relapses i regained all the superpowers.
Now 6 months in, I have no confidence, low self esteem, low libido, no eye contact/attention from women and i just dont feel worthy to approach a woman i’m interested in. In general, i feel depressed. Its like i’m non-existing... maybe the next its been a very longtime since i’ve Been intimate...

  3. It sounds to me like you're going through a flatline. How long the reboot takes depends on how long you've been into PMO. You're 32 so I'm going to assume that you've probably been into PMO for quite a while, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on that. No two reboots are the same, it depends on a lot of different factors, so there's a very good chance you probably are in a flatline.

Be patient, and continue doing exactly what you're doing, abstaining from PMO. Also keep in mind that simply abstaining from PMO isn't a cure-all, but it can help. If you have underlying issues with things like depression, then it could possibly amplify that feeling. PMO numbs you, and abstaining from it restores a broader range of emotion. So, that means positive emotions and negative ones. You can't have one without the other. Maybe you should consider taking a look at what's causing you to feel that way. If there doesn't seem to be any apparent reason, then I'd just consider it a flatline, and continue onward.

Also understand that having long periods of abstinence, and then relapsing can actually be very harmful and extend the process further and further.

    Hope this helps some! :D
