I watched half naked girls for half an hour but I didn't touch myself did I relapse

  2. If you viewed the half naked girls and associated it with P or sexual desires I would say you relapsed on P, but obviously not MO.

  3. In my opinion, that would be a relapse. Whether you are doing no-PM or no-PMO, porn in any form or duration is prohibited. I would reset the counter.

thanks guys. It'd kind of depressing to reset my counter but i m gonna do it.

  5. I know how depressing it is. I had to reset my counter last Thursday night. I vow that I will never have to reset again. You can do this! In addition to avoiding all porn, you also need to avoid porn-substitutes (P-subs) like Facebook and Instagram. On my first try, before my reset, Facebook browsing was my biggest obstacle. So, I logged off, deleted the app from my phone, and now I log into Facebook on my laptop only once a day to check notifications and that is it. One more thing--do not touch your genital area at all (and only touch it very lightly if necessary when taking a piss or showering). Best of luck to you!

yeah I agree. Facebook and Instagram already contain a large amount of nudes. It's because of Facebook that I found those hot pics of girls, and I thought that was fine to look at em but that was wrong. I guess i m gonna do the same. I will reduce my usage of these social networks and I hope that we achieve our goals. I wish u luck too man.

  7. I will tell you that I am actually relieved to not have Facebook on my phone. I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. It always seemed like one more "task" I had to do, which always ended in mindless scrolling and porn substituting. Some advocate for deleting your account completely. I think for some people this is necessary. For me, just having all social media off of my phone is the answer. I still keep messenger on my phone for keeping in touch, and I log into my account on my laptop just to check for friend requests, etc. I think it is a much healthier way of dealing with it.
