This sucks

    Haven't really received any benefits yet. I know I will but damn. I spend my whole day wanting to relapse, and when I beat my urges than these annoying OCD thoughts don't stfu. I wish I could just get my attraction for girls back. I still think about this girl I was crushing on before nofap but I don't get that butterfly feeling when I think about her anymore. But I still want porn, it's like I have a surge and a flatline at the same time. I know it's different for everyone but will I see some effects after a month? Two months? I just need a little boost, you guys know how it is.

    So you want some encouragement to get off of porn and get your life together, Is what you're saying? Well I will tell you what I tell everyone else, is to ONE find other positive habits that not only you enjoy, but gives you a proud happy feeling and is personally meaningful. [Chess, exercising, cleaning your room :) ,cooking or helping other nofap users]. And TWO spend some time in the mirror looking at yourself, reflecting on who you are,. Not only does it decrease the urge of using porn, it gets you to relax and be self-aware of your feelings/emotions.

    Yeah that's the problem I've run into, people will say "Exercise, go outdoors, find a new hobby." But I was lifting, fishing, and hunting before nofap and still am. I don't really have time or money for another hobby. But that mirror thing you mentioned sounds badass. Should I just give myself I pep talk or what. Thanks for replying btw.
