going thru reboot

    Hi guys,

    I am 26 years old and I just joined this forum. I am have been addicted to P since I was 14 and that has negatively impacted my life without me realizing it - from social life, relationship life, self-confidence etc. I started a goal for a hard reset right now for 90 days so I can improve my self-control and life in general.

    Any tips? Thank you!

    Learn enough about nofap to understand it, you've probably learned enough already. Make some rules for yourself to prevent PMO completely, follow them, the best seem to be having a no self touching rule, a no P substitute rule and always having something else to do. Whenever you get tempted to touch, PMO or even browse innocent content just to look at someone you find attractive, always have something else to do instead. Follow this strictly and you'll succeed. It might be worth relaxing the no O rule if you don't have a partner as this can happen without your control when you sleep, especially if you go a few weeks without one.

    first 3 days are the hardest. DopamineAtagonist, how often have you been consuming before this NoFap commitment? Everyday? Once a week?
