Woah I think you're right. I am probably suffering from "Dhat Syndrome" and there is something like Cognitive Behavioral theory as a treatment for "Dhat Syondrome"
It has described the side effects I have experienced overtime. Low mood, low-energetic levels, and becoming angry on minor matters. When I am able to make it through 25 days, my whole world changes.
Man... you are obsessed about Semen Retention... Donot be... Simply try to see this as an natural process.. In my MOing days I used to see Ejaculation as a Bad thing and used to feel energyless when ejaculated... But somewhere inbetween I started to see it as a normal thing and BAM! the sideeffects I used to experienced went away... I am not saying Masturbation is good...It still has those dopamine related effects... and for me ... It brings me close to Porn... which is not the best thing in the world if not the worst.... So, just try to see it as an normal process... Also I have noticed that If I think about or obsess about a Nightfall at night ... It happens... So stay relaxed.... And I donot belive Semen Retention gives you Superpower.. or Its expulsion would be disastrous Now.... Also heard someone say that If you know how to use Retained Semen in body then it can Boost your energy... Some Yogi... But we are normal people... It would be wrong to disagree with many of your points as you thoroughly described them. Still I would bit disagree with some statement related to side-effects. Overall gained some useful knowledge that is for sure gonna come handy to me.
That statement is just a kind of over exaggeration on my part... Most of them disappeared... Do tell me... what You found out... Its a topic of Interest for me....or what your personal experience was.... Mind my English..Its not so good sometimes...

I too have many wet dreams. wet dreams have many causes, having too many wet dreams means having premature ejaculation. therefore if wet dreams are solved, premature ejaculation will also be resolved. I think that in many of us premature ejaculation is caused by a pelvic floor problem. many people have a tight or narrow pelvic floor. I don't think I have a tight or tight pelvic floor. I am very thin, I have few muscles, I think my problem is due to having a weak pelvic floor. I therefore practice kegels and in the last period also squats. now I have fewer wet dreams and I go to the bathroom a few times (before I had frequent urination). therefore the solution to the pelvic floor problem could be: relax the pelvic floor, or give more strength to the pelvic floor with the kegel exercises
@The Mad Titan I feel that you are being too harsh on yourself. @Doupleastronaut I have not found a single credible source that puts any relation between premature ejaculation and wet dreams. You having alot can be dependent on the level of horniness, erotic thoughts, worrying about nightfalls at night. I used to have a lot of nightfalls when I was 17. For a month, they happened continuously. Now I have them irregularly(maybe 1or 2 in a year), most of the times in a cold environment and when I am worrying that they might happen. Interestingly I tried to make one happen by thinking that I will have one at night, and Nothing happened.( Donot try)
