Hello today is my 12th day of nofap. However, as I get into the facebook and sometimes i see naked posts. Tell me what to do, to leave facebook or just use the messenger?

  2. Where are you seeing naked posts? Maybe you need to delete some friends. I very rarely, if ever, see nudity on Facebook.

How? I think it's very hard to find such photos on Facebook. I've been on it for about 10 years and have only seen one naked photo. I reported it and it was deleted about 3 minutes after I reported it.

  4. Why do you need us to tell you what to do? If something is unhealthy for you then work on correcting it. If you’re finding these photos on Facebook, which I don’t know how, then report them or delete the friends who are posting them. Simple.

If for some reason your Facebook is the Bermuda Triangle for porn on this social media platform then simply delete Facebook. Voilà!

Maybe he isn't sure about what to do.

  6. Outright nudity to the side, facebook can be a p-sub for a lot of people. It can be the thing that starts you towards relapse. I like the comment before about you maybe deleting some specific friends!

  8. Temporary solutions won't help you make permanent changes.
