    I don't know what day i'm on probably day 7 or something.. Haven"t been keeping count..

    About 3 hours ago i watched porn pics for 4 mins and jerked off for like 20 seconds..

    Is this a full relapse to day 0 or should i just keep on going??? I don't feel any worse or more tired tbh i still feel the same.. Normally i would always start breathing heavily after relapsing now i didn't

    Depends on your goals but the momment you open a porn website you relapsed already. You are nkt giving your brain time to rewire and heal by doing this. And you are only making your journey harder.

    The main thing is that it was only 4 minutes and you didn't O.

    If you keep going now you will keep almost all of your progress. Since you didn't feel any different after its a sign it didn't do much damage.

    this is a journey, not a highscores contest.
