I go on porn always at the same moment

Hello !

I am 26 and trying to quit porn for almost two years now, during the day it doesn't really happen to me to go on porn.
The issue is : between midnight or 1 am, I wake up from sleep and cannot prevent to pick up my phone and check some porn Web site.

It's like I have an excess of testosterone or a moment where my mind is weaker, and I cannot resist. It is very intuitive and in the morning when I wake up, I almost don't remember it, as if it was a dream I made.

What should I do to make sure I don't pick up my phone in the middle of the night ?

I thought about switching it down and putting an anoying pin code, and buying a proper alarm instead of using my phone. This way I can switch off my phone. Or putting my phone in another room during the night.

What do you think of these solutions ?
