To be honest i should be more ashamed to mention this but the hell im on a forum for porn addiction.

When I'm on a streak I have a lot less of the above.

So porn gives me the shits literally.

I had the 'Porn shits' for years mate I absolutely know what you're on about. I stopped having any problem for the most part with my bowels after stopping PMO.

The IBS symptoms can actually be caused by PMO addiction. I had this symptom for years, and it's mostly gone now after three months of rebooting.

A lot of people think that PMO addiction only causes psychological issues, but some people definitely experience the physiological problems.
