    Although I feel a little lost but I believe I got it right this time. I'm trying to take help from that part of myself which was shunned a long time ago. After my last relapse, it's been a roller coaster as I've been getting urges daily.
    I broke my phone yesterday and my new phone will arrive in a few days. So that should help me on a temporary basis.
