Guys i have the ability to stay without p and masturbate i will try my best really to achieve my goal but my problem now is how can i did p and masturbate for years more than 10,,where was my mind when i did this?! Its very hard really to think about your past and see your self killing the good things in you by your hands!im now 26 years old,i need to know if their are in stories like this here in the community and got well and get they health back again after they stopped doing this after years like me ! Experience ones may help me also.i know i feel so much anxiety those days,,

  2. Im 31 and when i was about 12 an older kid showed me a porno magazine. It was an instant hook. Im trying the 90 day challenge. Your still relatively young. Stick with it Jedi. Theres still hope for you. Your mind was stuck in an addiction. But now your aware that you want a better life. That awareness is what will push you through. Your not wanting to quit porn. But you want a better life. Actually yea, you keep the porn in the back of your mind. But you also know you want a better life. Im about 12 days in and i feel great.

  3. You are doing this at a good time, believe it or not. The last thing you want to be is in your 30s or older and not have this out of your system. You have probably realized you are hardly alone in this challenge and you are not a weirdo or a loser. If you do not have a good psychologist or therapist, I would definitely seek one out ASAP. Will power alone is not the cure. You need to talk, think, and strategize. I wish you the very best.

I think what he was trying to say is that for a long term discipline you need strategies that keeps you on the right path. Will power leaves after around a week or something, when your mind is going to focus on other things. A therapist could be helpful in that point. But, i wouldn't see a therapist either so i kinda get it. I tried for myself sports (Running and dumbbells at home), keeping journals, reading books and healthy food. And how longer i hold on, how more new things i am adding to my lifestyle. So try to find your own strategy ^
