I need as much help and accountability as I can get. Haven’t gone more than 2 days without fapping for years. I’m a young single 43 yr old. Need group/ accountability ASAP

Are there any close friends or family members that you could come into the light with on this? Physically bringing it into the light breaks a lot of its power!
