  The temperatures in Central Europe are high up, but I keep cool. One thought at a time, no need to melt in the sun like an ice cream cone would. Just remembered to peek in to NoFap.com after a long time of being busy. Good luck for the second half of the year to everyone online.

    It is all in my journal. I am over four years free of P and MO. It is my thoughts that have given me trouble lately, which is a reset for me. I am recommitted to by recovery practices, esp. accountability with my trusted APs.

    Hello! Thank you for the encouraging words. It is my sincere wish that everyone would know the peace and freedom in Christ's love that I have discovered. To find that, find him, grow in trusting him, and then cling to him with everything you've got.   Hi Tao, I'm curious if you might have room in your life to help me by being an AP, or by introducing me to someone who could be an AP in my journey. I'm aware there are requests of this nature that likely come your way and so if you do not have room, that's okay.
