Hope everyone is doing well. I'm in a haze today. Continuing on though.

 

About 2 days in, mild urges but they're easy to keep at bay when I'm distracted.

 

19 days down. Feeling great just have had some mild urges run through my head lately.

 

Day 17. I'm gooood.

 

7 days in now Going for 14. Thanks to everyone here for their encouragement and putting up with my temper tantrums.

 

Day 19 or 20 now. Feeling good but I think I've got other issues here. Depression and such.

 

Here if you want to talk to someone about it. I've had moderate depression for about 13 years and it's an an absolute pain in the arse sometimes. Sounds silly, but affirmations have helped me alot. That, and ignoring people who try and put me down.
