mishaps during reboot

    I'm on day 18 of no PMO and my girlfriend literally forced me to O. She was thinking I don't actually want her anymore.

    I have no wish to pmo or chase anything but I feel like my progress is now gone and I'm back to square one.

    What now?

    im curious, what is your reason to do pmo while you have a GF? my reason is to (and not only) get more involved with people, interact, go on more dates and try to gain a GF.

    just very curiou :)

    If you want to abstain from sex during your reboot, you really have to talk with your girlfriend about your plans. Communication and agreement is very important at this point if you are serious about her. You can also continue to have sex with your girlfriend and stay away from porn and masturbation if you want.

    I'm in a long distance relationship and chose to have sex with my fiance during my last visit with her three months ago. I still consider it progress to stay away from porn and masturbation.

    It's a new relationship and i really do like her.

    However i do worry that it might be too soon to just offload all my darkness so early in relationship.

    She could see it as too much to be involved in.

    I have been wanting to reach 90 days hard mode but somehow I don't think that can happen AND keep her.

    Just depends on what your priorities are man. You could try talking to her before you just break it off with her

    I've told her I'm in a weird place when it comes to sex right and that I have no interest at the moment.

    I was flatlining pretty hard too anyways well at least I thought so till today

    You could ask her to take it slow and focus on non-sexual contact for a while.

    This is exactly what I have been doing.

    She's divorced and has an amazing kid who I really get a long with so I try and distract with normal day to day stuff but tonight it was just not possible to avoid it.

    I wish I picked up nofap many years ago
