Pros and cons of dropping social media completely.

    I don't think there's a direct correlation as I have used Facebook for 5 years before starting to watch porn but my point is Facebook is just a waste of time .

    If you are addicted to it ( By that I mean you spend more than 1 hour daily on it ) then I highly recommend you avoid it completely .
    Otherwise, just limit your time on it to 30 minutes maximum daily.

    Well said , I always say to people if you are having social media to keep in touch with relatives and friends , why not visit them or even phone them instead? This will be much better for the relationship , cost a lot less time and your privacy won't be broken by the governments.

  7. We miss so much from just messaging back and force. Human communication is about voices, and expressions and tone of voice and posture, not just the meaning of the words. But social media has reduced conversation to several words with no context.

    Social media is fine, just don't let it control you like it does a large amount of people to this day. If you feel as though it may trigger you, don't get on
