If you are depressed, you should look into proven solutions to actually fix your depression, not those that makes them worse. The solutions are:
- Excercise (half an hour pulse raising activities a day).
- Probiotic and anti-inflammatory foods (I.e. high intake of vegetables)
- Generous intake of Omega-3 fatty acids and oleic acid (olive oil).

Alone, or together with anti-depressants and therapy, you maximize your chance of complete remission from depression.

My psychologist and psychiatrist are investigating whether I should go through an ADHD assessment. Until then I'm just about to order a few herbal stimulants such as ginseng and ginkgo to see if they help me pay attention and be more productive.

Weed actually can amp your sex drive.. bad idea in my book. Also if you're depressed or anxious it can amplify it possibly. I remember weed only helped me when I wasnt experiencing mental issues. Also it can destroy REM sleep and you need REM sleep to heal symptoms of nofap. Weed is garbage. It's only being legalized now because the government taxes it. It isnt medicine and they dont care about our well being. Weed also messes up dopamine receptors just like PMO.

 

I find weed can help keep me focused on non pmo related activities, if I smoke a little and get busy doing something I tend not to have any intrusive sexual thoughts as long as I keep myself busy, it's very helpful to me that way. However i find if i smoke a lot and i am just sat around my house doing nothing it makes resisting temptation more difficult, many of my relapses happened when i was stoned at home alone. Everyone is different, but in my experience weed is a double edged sword, it can help keep you focused when busy, but also makes my mind wander when I'm not busy. Try it and see how it works for you, then make an decision on whether its beneficial to your reboot or not
