    Hello, I am new to this forum, but not to NoFap. I used to do NoFap but it was half-assed so I went nowhere and kept on relapsing. Now I will finally do something about it, and I will exert 50 times more effort. I want to become a better person. I already started by blocking all websites with an impenetrable password and I even downloaded an app that will help me quit PMO. Wish me luck on this journey.
