Been to celebrate recovery for 2.5 years and made good progress in curtailing my sex addiction and alcohol problem. Last year I visited gay spas about 15 times and Thai massage parlor and brothels about 15 times. I PMOd on average 7 to 8 times a month. I also drank about 365 pints of beer in 2018. In 2019 I have had Zero alcohol do far. I have PMOd less and only visited 'places' in April and July. I am a Christian also, so there is a faithful aspect to everything also. Never tried to cut out PMO altogether in my life (am 48). Let's give it a go then.....
