Ok so i come here often and see a bit of people complain how doing NoFap hardcore or whatever never solved anything and they don't get any of the benefits from it. A lot of you really need to think deep down in your mind and find what really is your issue. And a lot you people come here expecting everything to come to you once you complete 90 days+ without ever even having any goals. If you are still depressed, lonely, not feeling much of a difference even after 180 days+, PMO was never your problem. For instance I feel PMO is pushing me back from wanting a better job, going out and meeting people or being around people I like. I feel PMO is what leads me to bad habbits and I also see PMO as inferior behavior. So for me getting rid of PMO from my life means I can go out more and get a better job, make more friends. In all really try and figure out your real problem before being angry or feeling negative how going hardcore for X number of days has yet to get a girlfriend, have lots of money, lots of energy, etc.

Indeed - digging down deep and dealing with what led one to PMO in the first place is the real crux of the matter. I'm the same - I became anti-social, pushed friends and colleagues away. I'm working with a therapist and and hopefully on the path to dealing with the real underlying issues. Since quitting PMO I can already see so many things more clearly. It's a process, taking iot all step by step...

Same with me. PMO became the escape way for me vs actually dealing with the stress well; Instead i just PMO'd daily. should've dealt with my problems vs running and hiding behind PMO.
