    Hi all, i’m on a 16 days streak and all is going well. I’ve no big urges and i have very rare spontaneus erections.. in the last 4-5 days i use to watch me naked on the mirror and touch me ( no jerking off) to get erections and to see my buddy growing ..It seems bigger and i like this thing. Maybe it’s a narcisistic behavior? Some of you experiment this?

    Seems that for you is a fetish...i can’t say the same for me..
    I’m sure that nofap improved my penis shape and it looks better, so when i watch it i get excited thinking to next lucky girl who will recieve the beast

    I do the same thing every day after shower,i asked here in the forum if this is ok and they said no,so dont do it,i will stop it too

    One guys yestarday told me in this forum that,by erecting your penis without having sex or orgasm it may occur a prostatis or mess up the celvix floor that will make your flacid penis be hard and this is not healthy

    Man.. having erections is not bad. You could have “blue balls” and pain in the testicles if you have a long erection without orgasm ( it happen to me when i date with a girl i like without having sex) or (maybe) if you touch your penis having a long erection but it’s not my case.
