Hello , this thread is probably dead but i did some research and i found that NoFap builds up sperm in your testicles , when not released it is either reabsorbed or released naturally or IF NOT released or reabsorbed , your body produces macrophages in your balls ( white blood cells to eat the extra sperm , after its life cycle 60 ~ 80 days ) , and since more white blood cells is produced your body eats up more bacteria and boosts your immune system ( i think vitamin c also heps with acne ) so less bacterium Propionibacterium acnes less acne .. http://askabiologist.asu.edu/macrophage.. , anyways NoFap IS THE WAY TO GO !!!
