I Learned How To Ride a Bike 2 days ago.

Discussion in 'Self Improvement' started by WorthyOfStanding, Apr 24, 2015.

  1. 2 days ago, I said I hated bikes, I was addicted at a very young age and I believe that the reason I didn't truly learn how to ride a bike was because of my lack of motivation, my true sense of dedication was empty. NOW I'm at day 10, at day 8 I picked up my dads bike, it wasn't easy, I thought this is bullshit, this is dumb. Over these years I have tried VERY hard to improve myself and I have succeeded in that. The toughts slowly evaporated after I looked up from the chain and started to finally ride... I felt so happy. I rode, and rode until I fell. I stood so I didn't fall then I said "I'm a fucking boss" then I rode again. Today I went on a bike ride all across my neighborhood, the pint is to show how this huge thing has affected me so badly. It's to how how I believe my porn addiction has destroyed dedication, I will not live with porn. I will not be friends with porn, I will never love porn. I am soooo happy that today I could ride, actually I think I might go out now. Do NOT let porn destroy anything in your life, take it head on, hit it hard EVERY SINGLE TIME even a fucking bike. Yes, Nofap is not riding a bike, Nofap is hard, but that's why it's so damn beautiful. It's also why it damages us. SO IF YOU'VE RELAPSED F YOUR ON DAY 255000 billion, it doesn't matter. Now, Now, is the time to change, yourself, your friends, your family, your world. Thanks for reading. Remember we are bosses, don't act that way. BE that way. Excuses are lies.

  4. Haha! Way to go overcoming your phobias! Take life by the choke, and throttle it!

I just talked to a total stranger the other day for an entire hour! That with an extreme phone phobia. I was so afraid of calling other people that I would make my wife do it. Pretty sad, huh? But with NoFap I'm finding that kind of stuff easier, so I totally understand where your coming from. NoFap gives us strength to overcome everything that is keeping us back.

Hahaha, that made me think of an elf, for some reason, like from LoTR, doing NoFap and relapsing on day 100 million. And all the other elves say "100 million is a good streak for your first time and your progress is still there, so don't despair!"

Hey, I'm going riding through Croatia and Slovenia later this year, care to join me?

Seriously, great post. That's how we have to approach this challenge, or indeed any other challenge we have in life. Take the bull by the horns. Sure, sometimes the bull will buck and throw you in the air, but is that any worse than standing still and letting the bull charge right over the top of you?
